Great information here, Klaudia! You can’t publicize the importance of mental health issues enough because so many are affected and so many still feel uncomfortable seeking help. I have had three bouts of clinical depression and each time I still dragged my feet in getting help because it felt like I had failed–and I even KNEW that was the lie of depression talking. Thanks for this important post.
