Many people tried pursuing relationships, money, and success, and most of them have reached that point when they have realized that happiness does not really come from the outside, or from the world where you live in. In all essence, happiness is something that comes from deep within you, lying in that secret place within yourself, waiting for you to finally tap it and release it from its prison.

It’s amazing how you are able to come up with an ebook about being a happy person. I’ve been holding on to the same mindset and it’s nice to see how I became more close to myself. Would love to read this! 🙂

Everyone deserves to be happy 🙂 I think happiness is a choice and a state of mind. Mind over matter. x

I personally think that people sometimes forget to see the brighter things in life because of the negativity from other people and the negative things that are happening in our surroundings. This book sounds very promising and I’m pretty sure that many will find this book helpful.

This is great. Many times we need a little push into loving life and being a happy person. Looking forward to reading.

For me, being happy is living life the simplest as I could be because I hate complications. Second, being able to be contented with what I have because I know there are things that are really not meant for me. Well, in every one of us, we have our own standard or set or rules on how to be happy. Thanks for the freebie Klaudia

To be honest, I think that the less you know, the happier you are. Look at the simple people living in the countryside, that have no distractions, just their daily work and their routine. Look how happy they are. We can achieve happiness too but I’m afraid it only lasts for moments, not forever. 🙂

It can be difficult to find positivity sometimes when there is so much negativity but happiness is the key to a better life!

So true about happiness lying within and starting by finding out who we are not. Great insights. Thank you.

Wonderful! I am just realizing lately that finding happiness is in my mind not with things. Such an important lesson we should all learn.

We are all united in a pursuit of happiness… I totally believe that. While I think that we can only truly be happy with others/the world when we are happy with ourselves, I also believe that others can increase/encourage/inspire happiness in other people. We all have our parts to play 🙂

This sounds like a lovely book. I shouldn’t have any reason not to be happy but I’m always down about something. I may have to give it a read.

A lot have been said about how to be happy and what is true happiness but for me it is just a concept in one’s head of how an individual perceive as his own happiness. You are true with what you just shared that happiness lies within and we have to peel each layer of who we are not to find our true self. Nice post and worth sharing.

I have read quite a number of books and studies on happiness and I agree with the first statement! I also believe being grateful is a big component in being happy!

I’m interested with this book! And how much? Where is this available? I love the Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin. It’s so nice of you to list the topics per chapter, now I’m hooked with it 🙂

We are the gate keepers of our heart, thus, we can set the bar for our own happiness. Unfortunately, in some cases, we also open the gates for sorrow to come into our lives.

I’ve read so many books about finding happiness especially when I was battling depression. Happiness for me is fleeting, but it is possible to have it, if you just know where to look.

How fun to have written an ebook! This is something I was just considering doing myself! I will try to download a copy to learn how to peel away at my “onion”.

I had always enjoyed reading books that tackle happiness. For me, one step to being happy is to let go of all negativities – past hurt and emotional pain, grudges, envy, etc. Most of the time we’re not aware that we’re holding on into these things and these keep us from having peace of mind and therefore happiness.

I believe happiness is a state of mind. If you believe you’re happy, then you are. No matter how a situation is, there is a positive way or negative way of looking at it. The choice is ours to make. Live life happily or not?
