For starters, it’s time to talk to the boss. Be open with the issues you are facing with the role. Being honest will ensure they take steps to help you at the workplace. It might be they lighten the load or even move you away from a colleague who’s getting you down. And if things still don’t change, it’s worth considering moving to a new job. After all, there is no point damaging your health!

♦ Make sure you are getting enough movement

It’s so easy to sit in the same place for hours on end when you are at work. But sitting around with little movement could have a significant impact on your health. For one thing, you could will be at higher risk of putting on weight. After all, with little exercise, you might struggle to maintain a healthy weight. Also, you could end up with back or neck ache. Just make sure you check with the doctor first and read up about different brands like this AlgaeCal Plant Calcium clinical evidence to make sure it’s legit. But to ensure you protect your health, move around more at work. Take a short ‘stretch break’ at least every hour to get some movement. Consider going to the gym at lunch, if possible!

♦ Stop snacking at your desk

It’s so easy to snack when you are at work. After all, the hours can drag, and we often just need those healthy easy snacks to take the edge of the long day. And some staff might bring in some delicious cakes we would love to try. But for the sake of your health, you need to stop consuming all this yummy grub.

After all, if you keep snacking on treats, (even most of these so called healthy easy snacks; look at the amount of sugar in some of them) you are going to put on weight. And if you become obese, you could end up with other health issues like high blood pressure signs and diabetes. Therefore, stop snacking at your desk to keep your health on point!

And remember to ensure you are not overworking. Take lunch breaks and only accept extra work occasionally, so you don’t suffer a burn-out!

… thanks a bunch for dedicating me your time!
